How do I buy things from your store ?
Simply click the "buy now button" on any product page.
The PayPal payment page states clearly which format you are buying.
Please double check this page carefully before making a payment.
This will take to you a paypal payment page.
You can use your Paypal account or use most major credit and debit cards.
Your payment will be processed by Vanishing Point and Payloadz on behalf of Dark Anvil.
After purchasing with PayPal, an e-mail will be sent to you with the link to download your product(s).
If you don't receive an e-mail from them, check your "Bulk Mail" or "Junk Mail" folder to make sure the message wasn't automatically deleted.
Paypal account holders will receive e-mails to the e-mail address you have on file with PayPal.
If you use PayPal's "eCheck" payment method, they will hold the transaction for 3 to 7 days to allow the eCheck to clear. We are sorry for this delay, but this outside our control.
What formats do your products come in ?
All products are available in Poser (4 upwards) and Vue 5 formats.
Both formats have .OBJ files.
How do I use your products ?
Poser models are designed for use in Poser. Version 4 upwards.
Poser models can easily be exported to Vue as .PZ3 or .OBJ depending on which version of Vue you have.
Vue models do NOT work in Poser.
.OBJ files can be imported into Vue, Lightwave Max and Poser.
However you will need to scale and mannually add the textures yourself.
All the models come with full instructions on loading and using the features
of the models. We are happy to help you with most questions, but please remember
we can't offer a free and full tution service on using your software, please read the mannual, or ask
at a forum such as Renderosity.
Do your goblins have a health and safety policy ?
We feed them. thats enough.
I bought the wrong format - can you help ?
We're human (apart from Smythlak) as well :) Just notify us as soon as possible, and we'll try to assist you in our usual flexible and friendly way.
Please be aware we operate UK Office hours 9-5 Monday-Friday, so there may be a delay at weekends.
I bought some of your models from another store and they won't help me can you ?
Yes. Just contact us and we'll do our very best to help you.
I bought all your models and don't like them can I have my money back ?
No.
We can understand if you bought one, and despite our help it's not working out.
But not with multiple purchases of models, Be that mutiple purchases in different format, different stores etc.
Sorry but this is an anti-priracy measure.
If Smythlak removes both my arms can I have some free products ?
Yes. But only if you write in by hand.
I've got a really cool idea for a model - will you make it ?
Possibly. Send us your idea and we'll talk about it.
Do you have any restrictions on these products ?
Yes.
The use of these files to create PHYSICAL MODEL products for sale is exprerssly prohibited.
Either by moulding, casting card construction or producing scale plans for modellers to use.
You can however use these models to create non commercial or commerical renders. images and animations.
For example you may use this product to create commercial products that rely on 2d artwork, such as greetings cards, posters, and mouse-mats.
